6:30pm to 9pm
Drawing on cognitive-behavioral techniques and positive psychology practices, this very interactive talk will present a 4-step process for designing professional relationships:
1. Get out of your own way
Utilizing an interactive exercise, I help you identify and manage your inner critics that sabotage your relationships
2. Discover your values
Using this group exercise, I help you identify your values so that you are able to communicate your needs to others and request the same in return
3. Invite co-design
I demonstrate how to have a relationship design conversation
I demonstrate how to create a space and an opening to continue to redesign and maintain this ongoing relationship
